Immigration file coordination and client support

An immigration paralegal assistant, Olena Prykhodko supports lawyers and immigration consultants from the very first client consultation through to the final submission of applications. She plays a central role in structuring files and ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the client journey.

Her responsibilities span the full lifecycle of an immigration file, including understanding and documenting the client’s personal situation for accurate follow-up, preparing fee proposals, collecting and organizing required documents, drafting applications, assisting lawyers during document review and signing with clients, and coordinating the final submission to the relevant authorities. This comprehensive involvement contributes to coherent, efficient, and reliable file management at every stage.

Responsible, dedicated, and particularly rigorous, Olena is known for her patience and consistency—essential qualities in an environment where procedures are complex and clients may be under significant stress. Her work requires a high level of availability and commitment to service, both for the firm’s professionals and for clients navigating demanding immigration processes.

Having immigrated twice herself—first to Argentina, and later to Canada—Olena has a firsthand understanding of the uncertainty, challenges, and emotional stakes associated with immigration projects. This personal experience directly informs her professional approach: she strives to explain each step clearly, reassure clients when needed, and provide structured, respectful support within the legal framework. She chose this field in order to accompany individuals from the moment their life project abroad begins through to permanent residence and, where applicable, citizenship.

Invested and attentive, Olena works diligently to ensure that each file is handled with care and empathy, so that the immigration process becomes, as much as possible, a well-managed and positive experience.

Outside of work, Olena enjoys reading, watching films, playing chess, taking walks, and spending time with her loved ones.

Her motto?

Whatever one sows, that will they also reap. — Bible
