As the firm’s receptionist and administrative assistant, she serves as an essential point of reference for visitors, ensuring that each appointment takes place in a welcoming, reassuring, and well-organized environment.
Beyond reception duties, Yurianny plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations. Her responsibilities include mail distribution, opening and closing files, paper and electronic record management, as well as overall file organization and follow-up. Methodical and reliable, she also coordinates with the accounting department regarding transactions and billing, and ensures that meeting rooms are available and that the office space is kept in impeccable order.
Yurianny enjoys organizing and managing tasks, as this allows her to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow within the firm. Her approach is grounded in consistency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility — qualities that directly contribute to the quality of service provided to both clients and professionals.
